How to use

Recommended Usage Time: Use for 5-10 minutes per session.
Recommended Frequency: 1-3 times per day, daily use.

Press and hold the power button to turn the device on.

Press the power button briefly once to select the desired level of intensity (adjustable from Level 1 to Level 5).

To change the LED color, press the power button briefly twice.
(Default LED color: Red)
